They have to coerce users to give them 5 star ratings simply to unlock minor improvements. At each twist & turn they try to charge you to get features that many other free apps give nonpaying users at no cost. When you contact customer service about issues, they repeat the same single-minded useless information rather than actually responding to your successive queries. Overall this is a terrible app & a waste of time. Move on to the next thing. Its likely better!
